LCC-FULL VERSION


LCC is an adaptive website which offers optimum qualitative user experience when browsing a vast amount of cardiological information.

Consideration of usability and creativity // 

We were challenged to consider every aspect of web design. From the UX side we had to ensure clarity of information architecture and original SEO in a revamped adaptive website. From the visual aspect we needed to provide a holistic design approach from branding to individual webpages which were professional, fresh, and quirky in concept.

From basic to deep interaction //

The key principle of the website information structure is to gradually and continuously present cardiological information. A patient could always easily find the next step on every page, regardless if they are just checking for a simple symptom or to read blog news.

3,2,1, floating columns // 

I did the 12 grids wireframe in 960gs system. To present a good user experience, the amount of columns reduce when the screen size goes smaller so the content will be replacement rather than being squeeze. While the boxes are flexible in position responding to different devices width, the gap between the edges are fixed that keeps visual comfortableness.

// SILLY RABBIT // INSTALLATION, DIGITAL


"Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids" is a game with engaging Manga-like style. The game allows users to try different trials to discover the logical thinking behind the story and finalize the narrative. The installation version allows not only virtual interaction but also tangible interaction with a physical input.

 

Pushing the boundaries of interaction to make an immersive experience //

Our challenge is to create interaction which interests users and allows them to immerse themselves as much as possible. We developed the concept of "virtual and reality" to attract people by offering the possibilities of the real world achievable in the digital world. Curiosity killed the cat, we then expanded the concept to a narrative visual representation to arouse the user's curiosity and interest. The narrative was created through a storytelling excursion and we played upon the users' understanding of how objects work when designing the input mechanisms.

 

Stylish interface with varied navigation //

In order to make the content more enjoyable, we created an aesthetic based around Manga. To enrich the navigation, we designed different routes to lead to different results – such as 'the loop', 'heaven', or the 'continue' frames towards the end of the story. All the possible choices are shown in a vivid red as a hint.

 

The thrilling play experience // 

We were delighted to deliver a level of thrilling play experience and aesthetically pleasant interface, in which users found themselves enjoying the game while discovering it. Therefore I am currently developing a mobile version of 'Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids' with an increased series of narratives.
